  • Samples may include air, swab, or tape lift

Whole-Home Peace of Mind Inspection — Starting at $1,205

  • Full mold inspection with 4 samples + ERMI testing
  • Samples may include air, swab, or tape lift

Additional Mold Testing with Inspection — $100 per additional sample

  • Available only when paired with an inspection
  • Additional samples may include air, swab, or tape lift

We provide free mold remediation estimates if you provide pictures of the area or prior inspection results.
