Mold Inspection Pricing

Mold Inspection — $250

Certified Mold Inspection & Remediation Services has helped Twin Cities homeowners since 2003. We take an honest, practical approach: find the moisture, explain what we see, and recommend only what your home needs.

The $250 inspection includes

  • An on-site moisture and mold assessment
  • Moisture mapping and thermal imaging
  • A look at the area of concern, plus the attic, exterior, and HVAC filter when accessible
  • A clear recommendation — monitor, test, or remediate

We want to understand your home first. We recommend testing only when that extra information will move us closer to solving the problem.

Lab testing — $100 per sample

Air, swab, or tape samples are available when you need documentation for a sale, a health concern, or clearance after work. We will tell you if a sample is useful. You approve each one before we take it.

If remediation makes sense

Hire us within 30 days and the $250 inspection is credited toward the work.

Already have photos or an inspection report?

Send them. Remediation estimates from photos or a prior report are free.

Twin Cities metro travel is included. Outside the metro, any trip fee is explained before we schedule.
